Diogo Adegas dos Santos is an associate at Abreu Advogados since 2021, working mainly in the areas of corporate, commercial and M&A, having previously developed his work in the areas of credit recovery and insolvency.
He is particularly involved in advising commercial companies and groups of companies on matters of commercial and corporate law, including the incorporation of companies, the purchase and sale of shareholdings, shareholders’ agreements, mergers, de-mergers, restructuring and company conversions.
He also assists clients in day-to-day corporate matters, in particular, in relation to the governing bodies of commercial companies, as well as in the execution of contracts and participation in due diligence operations.
Previously he was particularly involved in credit management and recovery in the areas of banking, health, insurance and real estate, while also developing a general litigation practice.
