Joana Lima Ferreira is an associate lawyer and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2022, working primarily in the area of litigation in collection, focusing on credit recovery.
She is particularly involved in the recovery of loans from banks and large national credit institutions, as well as insolvency proceedings, company revitalisation proceedings and special payment agreement proceedings.
She advises in the pre-litigation phase, within the scope of out-of-court negotiations, restructuring operations and assignment of credits, and in the litigation phase, by monitoring the entire procedural process of declaratory actions, enforcement actions, injunction procedures, inventory proceedings, precautionary measures, insolvency proceedings and special revitalisation proceedings.
