Romina Amaral de Oliveira is a senior associate lawyer and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2023, working mainly in debt collection and insolvency litigation with the objective of credit recovery.
She focuses on matters relating to banking litigation, namely in debt recovery of large national banking institutions, and she is engaged in all stages of the insolvency and restructuring procedures.
Her work involves monitoring of proceedings at all procedural stages, participating in judgement hearings, pre-trial hearings, examinations of the witnesses, and similar proceedings.

Advising Portuguese banking institutions on executive proceedings, insolvency proceedings and related actions, with a view to recovering mortgage and consumer debt;

Advising and intervening in the negotiation of agreements between creditors, valuation of guarantees, business recovery plans, payment plans and insolvency plans.
