Maria Silva is a senior associate lawyer and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2023, working mainly in the area of litigation, with a special focus on civil law, executive law and collection litigation.
She is particularly experienced in disputes arising between companies and between companies and private individuals, particularly with regard to non-compliance with credit agreements, as well as non-compliance with leasing agreements, by bringing and monitoring enforcement actions and precautionary measures.
