Ana Teresa Moreira

Ana Teresa Moreira is a trainee lawyer and has been with Abreu Advogados since 2023. During her traineeship, she has been working in different areas of law, with a special focus on Tax Law.

She is particularly involved in analyzing the tax implications of commercial transactions, financial operations and corporate structures, carrying out research into tax legislation, tax regulations and relevant case law.

She assists clients with corporate income tax, personal income tax, VAT, IMI, IMT, stamp duty and excise duties.

She also has experience in drafting legal opinions on specific tax issues, assisting in the preparation of defenses and appeals in administrative tax proceedings.
