Ana Luísa Ferreira is an Associated Partner and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2014, working mainly in urban planning and administrative litigation matters.

She is co-coordinator of the Urban & Regional Planning sector, where she has extensive experience in advising multinational companies and investment funds in licensing procedures for urban operations (commercial, private health units and private education establishments), having been involved in many of the most relevant projects and transactions advised by Abreu Advogados in recent years.

She also has a solid experience in the construction sector, in the monitoring of investment projects, including the undertaking of urban due diligences for the acquisition or disposal of assets, including the analysis of existing Land Management Instruments (IGT) and of the public utility easements and restrictions on those assets, as well as a solid experience in administrative litigation.

  • Advising a French multinational company in the retail sector on the acquisition of two large shopping centres in Portugal, as well as a retail park in the Greater Lisbon area, including legal due diligence of the assets, as well as review of the contracts included in the perimeter of the transaction
