Francisco Côrte-Real is an associate at Abreu Advogados since 2022, working mainly in Sports Law.
He has particular intervention in the preparation of sports employment contracts, legal advice to sports companies and federations, the incorporation and acquisition of companies, as well as in company insolvency and revitalization processes.
He also has experience in judicial, administrative and arbitration proceedings involving important companies in the automobile sector, private clients, as well as small and medium-sized companies.
He has also been involved in issues related to immigration processes, and also in questions of labour law, namely in the instigation and conduct of disciplinary procedures.
Francisco has collaborated in the drafting of articles related to company recovery procedures, for publication in international magazines.
