Francisco Estácio is a senior associate lawyer and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2023, working mainly in the areas of corporate, commercial and M&A law.

He is particularly experienced in advising on corporate matters, in particular on the acquisition, merger, demerger and restructuring of companies and assets, as well as on day-to-day corporate and commercial advisory matters.

He has extensive experience in national and international M&A transactions in various sectors.
