Inês Miranda Rodrigues is an associate and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2022, working mainly in Debt Collection Litigation.
She is particularly involved in the recovery of loans from several large banking institutions, as well as insolvency proceedings.
She oversees the entire procedural process of the respective actions, namely enforcement actions, extrajudicial pre-enforcement procedures, injunction procedures and insolvency proceedings.
She also provides legal advice at trials, pre-trial hearings, inquests and similar proceedings.

Monitoring lawsuits at all procedural stages and participating in trial hearings, pre-trial hearings, hearings and similar proceedings.
