Leonor de Sá e Frade

Leonor de Sá e Frade is a trainee lawyer and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2023. During her traineeship, she has been working in different areas of law, with a special focus on Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law.

She is particularly involved in personal data protection, including risk analyses, drafting privacy policies, responding to security incidents (data breaches), as well as analyzing compliance with national and European legislation.

She also has experience in researching case law in the context of copyright, trademark and patent infringement cases, analyzing the validity and applicability of intellectual property rights in specific situations.
