Margarida Perestrelo e Silva is an associate lawyer at Abreu Advogados since 2024, working primarily in Corporate and M&A.
She is particularly involved in matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, demergers, corporate restructuring, transfers of assets and exchanges of shareholdings. She regularly assists in the preparation of due diligence reports, as well as in shareholding transactions.
Margarida advises national and multinational clients on corporate and commercial law issues in a variety of economic sectors, particularly in relation to commercial contracts and corporate governance.
Finally, she also has experience on the implementation of private equity and venture capital transactions, namely involving partial acquisitions, investments and disinvestments.
