Maria Francisca Ávila is an associate at Abreu Advogados, working mainly in the real estate pratice area.
Developing her experience since 2021, she advises on matters related to operations and transactions in the real estate sector, namely in due diligence processes involving the acquisition, sale or lease of real estate assets.
She is also involved in matters relating to immigration law, particularly in the settlement of foreigners in Portugal, whether in the process of obtaining Portuguese nationality or simply in advising immigrants to Portugal under residence permits or for work purposes.
She also has experience in various commercial company law areas, particularly in advising on the incorporation of companies in Portugal.
