Mariana Costa Pereira

Mariana Costa Pereira is a trainee lawyer and has been with Abreu Advogados since 2023. During her traineeship, she has been working in different areas of law, with a special focus on Competition, Regulatory and EU Law.

She is particularly involved in drafting legal opinions on compliance with competition regulations, as well as preventing anti-competitive practices, ensuring compliance with the European legal system.

She also has experience in preparing notifications to the Competition Authority regarding the prior control of company mergers, as well as participating in due diligence processes in commercial transactions.

In the context of European Union litigation, the firm assists clients in representing them before European courts.
