Marta de Oliveira Pinto Trindade is a Partner since 2007 and has been at Abreu Advogados since 1997, working primarily on labour issues and Portuguese Social Security issues, as well as in business restructuring operations and company restructuring, as they relate to labour matters.
Her particular focus is advising national and multinational companies; the drafting and termination of employment contracts; issues related to the transfer of undertakings and business transfers; disciplinary proceedings; collective redundancies and procedures relating to the termination of specific roles; negotiation of agreements for the termination of employment contracts, stock option schemes and other fringe benefits; collective bargaining agreements, and negotiations with trade unions.
She has extensive experience in advising several companies regarding labour matters and has been involved in some of the largest corporate restructuring operations in Portugal.
