Rafaela Oliveira has been at Abreu Advogados since 2022, working mainly in Criminal, Sanctions and Compliance.

Rafaela Oliveira has developed her experience, with particular focus on the area of Criminal Law and Sanctions, intervening and monitoring criminal proceedings (in matters of domestic violence, forgery of documents, abuse of trust, swindling and illegitimate access) and sanctions (related to the telecommunications, environmental, phytopharmaceutical and food safety sectors).

In addition, she has also developed her activity in the area of civil litigation, having worked in matters related to civil liability actions and in matters of rights in rem, intervening in the pre-litigation and judicial phases and representing clients in the various instances.
