Soraia Barros Vale is an associate and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2022, working mainly in Debt Collection Litigation.
She is particularly involved in litigation before the Portuguese courts, including requests for injunctions, in Civil, Commercial and Corporate Litigation, and Family and Succession Law. Her work includes drafting pleadings, such as initial petitions, defenses, appeals (at the various admissible levels) and other court documents.
Her main focus is on recovering loans from large national financial institutions, as well as insolvency proceedings, company revitalization proceedings and special payment agreement proceedings.
She advises in the pre-litigation phase, within the scope of out-of-court negotiations, restructuring operations and assignment of credits, and in the litigation phase, by monitoring the entire procedural process of declaratory actions, executive actions, injunction procedures, inventory processes, precautionary measures, among others.

Advising Portuguese credit institutions on disputes arising from the various products contracted in the area of bank financing, with and without associated guarantees;

Advising the banking and financial sector and public sector companies in the various procedural stages, with legal action and monitoring of the entire procedural process;
