Assunção Vassalo is an Associate Lawyer and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2017 having begun her internship as a Trainee Lawyer in 2015. She works primarily on the corporate and financial aspects of business restructuring operations.
She has solid practical experience on matters relating to company incorporation, mergers, acquisitions and spin-offs, public distribution and supply tenders, and investment funds. She has worked on many insurance-related cases too.
She has experience in advising Clients in the health, financial and real estate (shopping centres) investment sectors.
