Lisa Neves has been an Of-Counsel at Abreu Advogados since 2021, working mainly in private investment operations, business structuring, company restructuring and industrial property, predominantly in Angola.

She has also worked in the banking, labor and family sectors, namely, in divorces.

Particularly involved in matters related to constitutions, transfers, acquisitions, mergers, divisions, transformations, and dissolutions of commercial companies. Has conducted several private investment processes, commercial and industrial licensing, trademark registration, labor proceedings in disciplinary matters and family litigation. It supports some family groups in labor, corporate and family matters, ensuring their generational transmission.

It also intervenes in investment operations in Angola and Mozambique.

It also has extensive experience in advising in the banking and financial sector, namely, in bank credit contracts, bank syndicates, mortgage contracts, pledges and other personal and real guarantees.
